Are you looking forward to a healthier relationship with yourself? The Queensland My Health for Life program may be just the thing you need to boost your motivation.
This program is free. Its designed to help people at risk of developing a chronic lifestyle disease such as diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease and stroke improve their health. Groups meet for 6 sessions spread over 6 months. Aimed at building motivation to make sustainable and achievable health changes in a supportive setting. The great thing is you get to choose the goals you would like to work on. You'll also receive a workbook and manual to help guide you through healthy lifestyle changes in small steps.
