With so many toppings, oats are never boring. One of my favourites is adding a few raisins, chopped walnuts and a sprinkle cinnamon.

I love using oats in cooking too - I replace breadcrumbs with oats in meat loaf & rissole. I also substitute 1/2 cup of flour with 1/2 cup of oats in my fruit loaf & muffin recipes.
